How It Works:

A BVA engagement typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete in which there are usually 5-10 days of effort for one of our ECM consultants to conduct interviews onsite or via telephone with your key stakeholders.  We then document, analyse and make recommendations on an appropriate ECM strategy and solution to meet your immediate & future needs.  This is then reviewed with you, where we jointly agree the formulas and metrics that define the business case and 3 year ROI.  At that point, we can either present it to your Exec team / Board in partnership with you or you can take it from there.
