Wishing to ensure continued excellence in the customer-facing and back office functions, MD Christopher Sims engaged with Neocol to perform a review of their Information systems and business processes, with the remit of delivering an honest assessment of their present arrangements and future plans. 

Neocol delivered a “Back to the Board” analytical review of their different business areas and a report with recommendations on areas for technological and process development which helped validate and further enhance NMB’s strategic plan in this area.
