Determining Objectives
What do you want ECM to achieve for your organisation? Your Client Manager will help define your priorities, based on the understanding gained from the Discovery exercise. These align to business objectives such as retaining customers. This could involve better records management or content integration, or a mix of the two, to improve the customer experience when they interact with the business.
Once the objectives have been determined, you know where you are and where you want to be. The question is: “How do I get there?”
