As a market-leader in building ECM solutions on IBM FileNet technology, Neocol provides the opportunity to work with a wide variety famous brands spread across vertical markets including banking, insurance, utilities and distribution.

The successful candidate will join our successful IBM FileNet services team and will carry the responsibility as one of the lead FileNet specialists, supporting both existing customers and new engagements. As the lead FileNet Architect, you will be required to analyse, design, configure and install customer solutions in the areas of document management, archiving, and Business Process Management with FileNet P8 products from IBM.

The successful candidate will join a passionate, fast paced, fast growing business unit with ambitions of high growth over the next financial year. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• At least 4 years experience in FileNet P8 3.x/4.0/4.5 Suite (CM, BPM & RM)
• Strong background in business analysis, solution design, and installation
• Good in SOA & J2EE design patterns/.NET programming
• Lead Architect experience in at least 3 enterprise-wide projects
• Ability to convert a business requirement into a technology solution
• Excellent pre-sales and presentation skills
• FileNet certified Solution Architect accredited
• Minimum 3 years of content and process designing using P8 CM & BPM
• Knowledge on Imaging, e-Forms and Web Content Management is added advantage
• Good Integration, Infrastructure and Capacity planning skills on multiple platforms
• Outstanding customer service skills built up over numerous client enagagements
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Willing to travel and spend time away from home
• Able to listen and understand clients' needs accurately and quickly
• Appreciation of technically challenging projects which deliver significant client value
• Passion and belief for all things ECM/BPM
